We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
Aggregated, anonymised data — such as historical leaderboard results — may be retained indefinitely for statistical and historical record purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information:
- Bcrypt hashing for all account passwords
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Access controls limiting staff access to personal data
- Regular review of our security practices
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform:
- Essential cookies — required for core functionality such as login sessions
- Analytics cookies — used by Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Platform
You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality. Our Platform does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send

Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete the information.
Links to Third-Party Sites
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including official Super Netball and Suncorp Super Netball resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers may process your information outside of Australia — for example, Stripe and Mailgun operate servers in the United States. Where we transfer personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives comparable protection to that required under Australian privacy law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change becoming effective.
