Game Day Fantasy

By accessing or participating in Game Day Fantasy on NetballHub ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Fantasy Terms"), our general Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not participate in Game Day Fantasy.

These Fantasy Terms apply to all rounds, competitions, and leagues within the Game Day Fantasy game mode. NetballHub reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To participate in Game Day Fantasy, you must:

• Hold a valid, active NetballHub account
• Be at least 13 years of age (users aged 13-17 require parental or guardian consent)
• Be a resident of Australia or New Zealand, or accessing the Platform lawfully from your jurisdiction
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gaming and fantasy sports

Game Day Fantasy is a round-by-round fantasy netball competition tied to the Suncorp Super Netball (SSN) season. Each round, participants select a squad of players from across all SSN teams within the applicable rules and attempt to accumulate the highest score based on real match performance data.

Round Structure

• A new fantasy round opens following the conclusion of the previous SSN round
• Team selection locks at the scheduled tip-off of the first match in each round
• Scores are calculated and published as match data becomes available, typically within 24 hours of the final match of the round
• Participants may not alter their team after the lock time for that round

Season

The Game Day Fantasy season runs in parallel with the official Suncorp Super Netball regular season. Finals rounds may be included at NetballHub's discretion and will be announced via the Platform and our communication channels ahead of time.

Each round, participants must select a valid team in accordance with the following rules:

Squad Composition

• Your squad must consist of the number of players specified for the current season (communicated on the team selection screen)
• Players must be selected from the active SSN player pool for that round
• You may select players from any combination of SSN teams
• A captain must be designated each round; the captain's score is multiplied per the current scoring rules

Substitutions & Late Changes

• Once the round locks, no changes to your team are permitted
• If a selected player is a late withdrawal (confirmed non-playing after lock), NetballHub will endeavour to apply an emergency substitution at its discretion. This is not guaranteed
• NetballHub is not liable for losses in score resulting from player withdrawals, injuries, or selection changes made by SSN teams after lock

Each player's score for a round is calculated using the following formula:

• Nissan Net Points — the official player performance metric from Suncorp Super Netball.
• + 30 NetballHub Points — a base score added to each player's Nissan Net Points.

The scoring system is subject to change between seasons; the current scoring method is always displayed within the Platform.

In addition to the global Game Day Fantasy leaderboard, participants may join or create private leagues.

Private Leagues

• Any registered user may create a private league and invite others via a unique join code
• League administrators are responsible for ensuring their league is used in accordance with these terms
• NetballHub reserves the right to dissolve leagues that breach these terms or our community guidelines

Global Leaderboard

• All participating accounts are automatically entered into the global season-long leaderboard
• Your username and round/season scores will be publicly visible on the leaderboard
• You may opt out of public leaderboard visibility in your account settings; doing so will also remove you from prize eligibility where prizes are leaderboard-based

Game Day Fantasy is currently a free-to-play competition. NetballHub may, at its sole discretion, offer prizes, rewards, or recognition to high-performing participants.

Prize Conditions

• Any prizes offered will be communicated on the Platform with specific terms applicable to that prize
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless otherwise stated
• Winners must be contactable via their registered email address within 14 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited
• NetballHub reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have breached these terms, including those who have manipulated scores or used multiple accounts

Player scoring data is sourced from official SSN statistical feeds and third-party data providers. NetballHub endeavours to publish accurate scores as promptly as possible following each match.

• Scores are provisional until officially confirmed and may be subject to minor corrections
• NetballHub will notify users of any significant score corrections via the Platform
• NetballHub does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of player statistics and is not liable for losses arising from data delays or errors originating with SSN or third-party providers

All player data used on the Platform is used under licence or in accordance with applicable data use rights. Player names and statistics remain the intellectual property of the respective rights holders.

NetballHub is committed to maintaining a fair and respectful competition. You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining a competitive advantage
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform or submit team selections
• Attempt to manipulate the scoring system, leaderboard, or data feeds
• Share or sell access to your account
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or unsporting conduct toward other participants via Platform features such as leagues or community channels
• Exploit bugs or technical errors; any known exploit must be reported to us at support@netballhub.com

Violations of fair play standards may result in score forfeiture, prize disqualification, suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform.

NetballHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any time and without prior notice, where we reasonably believe a participant has:

• Violated these Fantasy Terms or our general Terms of Service
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct
• Created multiple accounts
• Attempted to gain an unfair competitive advantage

Upon suspension or termination, any accrued scores, league memberships, and prize eligibility are forfeited. NetballHub will endeavour to notify affected users via email where feasible, but is not obligated to do so prior to taking action.

Game Day Fantasy is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NetballHub makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or scoring data
• NetballHub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in Game Day Fantasy, including but not limited to score discrepancies, data errors, or Platform outages
• NetballHub reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter any round or the season at any time, including due to SSN schedule changes, data provider issues, or unforeseen circumstances
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law

NetballHub may update these Fantasy Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable. Minor clarifications may be made without notice.

Your continued participation following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
